Here’s what you need to know about your order delivery.

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance, or other unforeseen factors.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location and other factors).

Tracking information

• You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be included, which may take up to 24 hours to become active. Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or special events, this process may take longer.
  
  

• Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update.

• If you’re unable to track your package, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
  Our team will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Taxes

• In most countries, you won’t need to pay any import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).
  However, in some regions — including the US, UK, and Canada — additional import taxes or customs duties may apply based on local regulations.

Order Cancellations

• We can cancel your order if you contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
  If your payment has been completed but your package hasn’t shipped yet, you can still cancel your order.
  Once the cancellation is confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

• If for any reason you don’t love your items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. Please check our Return Policy for more details before initiating a return.
